S H I P P I N G

Orders are processed, quality controlled and shipped, Monday through Friday, from our studio in Chiba, Japan.

For in stock items, your order will dispatch within 2 business days. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

Shipping cut off time is 3pm JST. Orders made after 3pm JST will be shipped out the next business day.

For Made to Order items, please expect 1-2 weeks for accessories production and 2-4 weeks for silver jewellery and apparel production.

Buyer will first receive an order confirmation, then a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number once the order has been processed through the shipping partner you chose when purchasing.

We ship Express via Japan post. Local customers will receive their order the next day, international customers will receive their order 3-7 days after receiving shipping confirmation.

Our shipping partners do not operate on weekends. If you have received a shipment confirmation over the weekend, your order will be picked up by the end of the next business day.

We offer complimentary shipping for orders over ¥30,000 / £210 / $260, select free shipping at checkout.

S H I P P I N G P O L I C I E S

We do not refund original or return shipping costs, shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error.

We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages, some orders may experience customs delays and we have no control over these delays.

International Customers – Please allow extra time for your orders to pass through customs. DOZZELL is not responsible for any import duties or taxes which may apply, or for any consequent delays that these may create. If your package has arrived in the destination country and you have not received it, we suggest you contact your local postal service or customs office for further information.

R E T U R N S & E X C H A N G E S

DOZZELL accepts returns for full refund of all full price, unused, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your order. All items that are returned for exchange or refund must be unused and have their original tags and packaging. Please note we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene.

No cancellations, returns and exchange on made-to-order and tailor-made garments if the product has already gone into production. .

Please feel free to ask any questions prior to ordering to avoid confusion about your item, we will offer personal assistance to all customers.

We can provide extra adjustment of your garment if necessary. Contact us at info@dozzell.net.

Return Shipping Costs – buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Please email info@dozzell.net with your Order # and Return Tracking # when available.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting or the relevant couriers airway bills and documentation. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to arrange your own insurance.

Your return will be processed as soon as possible, but allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.

We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
